Cancellation Policy

NLBMDA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by September 6, 2024. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the conference and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. All sales are final after September 6, 2024. Substitutions can be made by contacting registration at [email protected].
