Adam Collins is leading S.W. Collins Company into the future as a part of the 6th generation. Adam is a Store Manager and has a variety of other roles within the company including Homeowner and Contractor Sales, as well as purchasing commodity inventory for the company.
Adam’s favorite part of his job is coaching and mentoring employees and helping them find their passion in leadership and sales. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, where he received a degree in Finance and Business Management. In college, Adam served as both a Founding Father and Chapter President of his fraternity, and he was also inducted into the Senior Skulls Honor Society, which honors the top 1% of the senior class for their scholarship, leadership and service.
Adam holds a seat on the Board of Directors of the new Children’s Museum. As a member of the board, he has dedicated his time and energy in creating a vision for the museum. Adam was a part of the planning in the earliest days and remained involved through the completion of the museum. Adam also sits on the University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Board of Visitors, which is an advisory board to the President of the University and an advocate for the Trustees. With enhanced involvement in his community and career, Adam was awarded the Aroostook Achiever Award in Business and Leadership Development in 2024.
Adam is also active in his companies Co-op LBM Advantage, where he is on the Next Gen Steering Committee which involves programming, collaboration, and annual retreats for the next generation of leaders in our industry.
