Nichole Mitchell is the Vice President of People and Culture at Wilson Lumber Company in Huntsville, Alabama. She oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and culture and engagement. She has been with the company for 6 years.
Nichole has worked in the HR field in manufacturing environments for over 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Tennessee State University and Master of Science in Human Relations and Organizational Management from Cumberland University.
She serves on the board of the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) as the Director of Workforce Readiness. She also serves on the Board of Influencers for The Cornerstone Initiative.
She is a native of Nashville, TN and is married with 2 children. She is active in her church, and loves to travel and spend time with family in her spare time.
