In this thought-provoking session, participants will experience what is important to the next generation of the lumber and building material (LBM) industry.  Panelists will share their perspectives on the impact of generational differences in the workplace -- what do “they” know that “we” don't? They will also discuss how to create a culture of innovation and open collaboration to support company growth. 
This session will also discuss how critical it is to identify and create opportunities to support employee professional growth. Lastly, panelists will delve into how to make a career in the LBM industry more attractive, the importance of work life balance, being increasingly mindful of the needs of employees and their families, all while exploring their unique career paths and what made them choose a career in the LBM Industry.
